(a) For a permanent injunction restraining the defendant, his agents, servants and men and everyone claiming under him and acting on his behalf from, in any way, circulating the false and defamatory allegations against the plaintiffs indulging in tarnishing the image of the plaintiffs either in social media, electronic media, satellite media, print media or in any other form or in any other mode or in any other manner whatsoever; (b) Directing the defendant to pay the plaintiffs a sum of Rs.1,00,01,000/- (Rupees One Crore One Thousand Only) as damages; (c) Directing the defendant to pay the cost of the suit.
