These Applications have been filed by the office of the Official Assignee. In the report, it is stated that the pursuant to order passed by this Court, a sale deed was executed in favour of one A.Rathinasabapathy on 29.08.2011 and a sum of Rs.98,00,000/- was generated. In the report the Official Assignee has further stated that totally 77 unsecured claims were received for a total sum of Rs.4,88,92,461/- and the amounts have been paid to all the unsecured creditors whose claims were admitted. In this report, it is further stated that after preparing the amounts towards expenses and the administration charges etc., a sum of Rs.23,98,942/- is still available as surplus which may be paid back to the respondent and to pay a sum of Rs.60,000/- to Mr.J.Balachander, Advocate towards legal fee. Official Assignee has also filed a memo dated 14.03.2024 explaining the amounts recovered and the amounts paid to various persons from and

out of the amounts recovered from the sale of the assets.
