This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that a case in Crime No.9 of 2015 under Section 406, 468, 428 and 120[B] IPC has been registered against this petitioner by the District Crime Branch, Vellore [5th respondent]. Apart from that, there are other complaints against the petitioner, which are being enquired into by the Salem police. Hence, no blanket order of not to harass can be passed.
