2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect as follows:- "This petition may be permitted to withdraw for the present with liberty to file fresh petition later."

3. This Petition stands dismissed for the present with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition after the statement is recorded.
