O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to direct the respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2016 and investigate the same and proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.73/2016, before the respondent and that the petitioner is not co-operating.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate and the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
