Ms.T.Lavanya Order This petition has been filed to quash the petition in CMP.No.5864 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, Vellore.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this case, the complaint has been filed by the respondent beyond the period of limitation and hence, the condonation of delay petition has been filed.
3. Unless the delay is condoned, cognizance of the case could not be taken up and the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be considered.
4. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and if required, it is open to the petitioner to renew the petition in the appropriate manner. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
