ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Mahila Court, Chengalpattu to dispose the suit in O.S.No.455 of 2022 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The respondents 1 and 2 filed a suit for declaration that Power of Attorney Deed allegedly executed by them dated 05.06.1995 was null and void and other consequential reliefs.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the suit was originally filed before the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu in the year 2007 and numbered as 394 of 2007. Thereafter, the suit was transferred to Sub Court, Tambaram and renumbered as O.S.No.455 of 2022. The learned counsel further submitted that service of suit summons on all the defendants are not completed, even after 18 years. Therefore, necessary direction shall be issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in a time bound manner.

4. It is seen from the adjudication sheet that the suit is still pending in the stage of service of summons. The suit was originally filed in the year 2007 nearly 18 years have gone and till date, all the defendants are not served. Therefore, the Trial Court is directed to take effective steps to complete the service on all the defendants and list the suit for trial. The petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court as soon as service on all defendants are completed.

5. With this liberty, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
