The petitioner is the Husband and he filed a petition for divorce in the year 2013, against the respondent.

2. Today when the matter is came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is

pending from 11.09.2013 to 20.07.2017 in the same stage "Counter". Alleging, grave hardship due to the long pendency of the case, the petitioner prays for early disposal.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Tambaram, to dispose of HMOP No. 425 of 2013, on merits and as per law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
