This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 463 days in filing the above Revision against the fair and decreetal order dated 07.09.2018 made in I.A.No.381 of 2018 in O.S.No.1636 of 2014 on the file of learned District Munsif, Sulur.

2. Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that with regard to extent of 2 ft. of the suit property, a dispute between the parties. Hence, on the advise of elders of the family, they tried for settlement, but there is no settlement arrived between the parties. However, there is a delay of 463 days arose in filing the above C.R.P. and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petition.

3. Even though notice served on the respondent, there is no representation on the side of respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one.
