Ranjani, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, appearing for the Revision Petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that the sole Revision Petitioner - Mr.G. Venkatraman died during the pendency of this Criminal Revision. Thus, she prayed that this Criminal Revision may be abated.
3. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) has also confirmed this fact on the instructions received from the concerned Police Station. He has also produced the death certificate dated 14.02.2024, in which, it has been clearly mentioned that the sole Revision Petitioner namely, G.Venkatraman, Son of Gopal Chettiyar died on 04.02.2024. The oiginal death certifiate is taken on record. Thus, it was submitted by the 2/4
learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner that the present Criminal Revision may be abated.
4.Accordingly, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who produced the death certificate, which is taken on record, this present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
