(a) declaring that the plaintiff is the absolute copy right owner in respect of the Tamil film, "Mathil Mel Poonai" staring Vijay Vasanth, Viba, Singampuli and Others and directed by Mr.Bharani Jeyapaul having absolute copy right for the entire world.

(b) for a permanent injunction restraining the defendant, his agents, servants anybody and everybody claiming through them or under in any manner infringing the copy right of the plaintiff in respect of the film, "Mathil Mel Poonai" starring Vijay Vasanth, Viba, Singampuli, and others http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2

J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the plaintiff's counsel, this Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Application is closed.
