ORDER

It is the averment of the petitioner that fourth respondent is giving hindrance to the petitioner's property. While so, the petitioner made a representation dated 09.05.2015, before the first respondent seeking a direction to the fourth respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's property. Since the same was not considered by the petitioner the present writ petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

2. It is brought to notice of this Court that the fourth respondent's counsel passed away and since the matter is of the year 2015, even after a lapse of seven years the fourth respondent has not taken any steps to engage another counsel to prosecute with the matter and the petitioner also has come forward to proceed with the present petition. Hence nothing survives in the 2/4

present writ petition and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. However, if any apprehension arises, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.11.2022 RAP Index :
