This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner/ husband to direct the learned Judge, II Additional Family Court, Chennai to pass on order to dispose O.P.No.933 of 2015.

2. Aggrieved over the long pendency of the Original Petition in O.P.No.933 of 2015 filed by the petitioner/husband to declare the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent, is null and void. http://www.judis.nic.in

asi Hence, this petition has been filed before this Court. The Original Petition was filed in the year 2015. From a perusal of the docket entries, it is seen that the matter has been pending for the past two years. The petitioner/husband seeks early disposal of the petition on the ground that the respondent/wife is trying to prolong the litigation.

3. Without going to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the learned Judge, II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the Original Petition in O.P.No.933 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
