Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second to fifth respondent to order the first respondent to restructure petitioner Housing Loan Account No.31115402123 in the first respondent bank after giving due credit/adjustments to the undisbursed loan amount of Rs.2,19,731/- that was originally sanctioned in the above loan account by considering the representations dated 06.11.2017, 24.3.2018, 13.2.2019, 13.5.2019, 14.6.2019, 08.8.2019, 26.6.2020, 19.10.2020 and 18.01.2021 and consequently, revisit the entire calculation by affording the petitioner an opportunity, before taking any further action.
