The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.679 of 2025 , pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN20230002669C2060013, before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, on 24.02.2026. 3.
