O R D E R
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to forward the Failure Report No.Pa.2/35623/15, dated 30.11.2016 to the 1st respondent through the office of the Commissioner of Labour and the 1st respondent to issue an order of reference referring the dispute raised by the petitioner union for adjudication to the appropriate Tribunal/Labour Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner now brought to the notice of this Court that the Government issued G.O.D.No.655, Labour and Employment department and G.O.D No.656, Labour and Employment department dated 16.11.2016 and further order passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Tamilnadu in proceedings dated 11.12.2017 in respect of the G.O.D.No.655 one demand was already referred.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner further states that in respect of other demands, the permission is declined. Thus the writ petitioner is at liberty to proceed further in respect of all other demands in the manner known to law.
4. With these observations, this Writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed and there is no order as to costs.
