Mr.A.Nileshvram, learned representing counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more and endorsement is made to that effect in the writ petition.
2. Mr.C.S.Sangamithirai, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.M.Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent are present.
3. Mr.M.Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent would submit that the petitioner was promoted notionally as Section Officer with effect from 10.12.2012 and nothing survives in the writ petition.

4. Recording the above said submissions, this writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stands closed.
