ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 28.02.2014 made in W.P.No.6442 of 2014 has not been complied with by the respondents herein, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2.This Court, by order dated 28.02.2014, directed the petitioner to give a fresh representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and further directed the respondents to consider the said representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter. Since the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3.Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 09.12.2014. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this contempt petition and the same is closed. If the petitioner is
