Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to fix the pipe line viz. Panchayat road for irrigation purpose from Punja S.No.55/2 to Nanja S.No.42/2 and 43/1B, comprised in Thandurai Village, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram at by considering report of Revenue Inspector dated 01.02.2018 issued through his proceedings in U.Mu/xxx/2018 and by considering the petitioner representation dated 23.03.2018.

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to fix the pipe line viz. Panchayat road for irrigation purpose from Punja S.No.55/2 to Nanja S.No.42/2 and 43/1B, comprised in Thandurai Village, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram at by considering report of Revenue Inspector dated 01.02.2018 issued through his proceedings in U.Mu/xxx/2018 and by considering the petitioner representation dated 23.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 4th respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated

23.03.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and also the objectors, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 4th respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
