ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's daughter, born on 29.06.2007, aged about 16 years, went missing, a complaint was registered by the second respondent police in Crime No.90 of 2024. Since there was no substantial progress in the investigation, the present HCP has been filed.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the girl had a love affair with the third respondent herein, owing to which, she left her house. The second respondent has, however, traced the girl and since the petitioner has not taken the custody of her daughter, she was admitted in the

Combined Government Home, Kallakuruchi.

3.Today, when the HCP was called, the petitioner's daughter was produced before us, who stated that she is willing to reconcile and live with her parents. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and hence, no further order are required to be passed in this petition. 4.Accordingly, the present Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
