This Court by its order dated 07.12.2018 in the instant Second Appeal remanded the matter back to the First Appellate Court for fresh consideration and the First Appellate Court was directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

The learned Sub Judge, Gingee, by his letter dated 03.10.2019 to the Registrar General has requested further time of six months to dispose of A.S. No.32 of 2010. The said request is acceded. Accordingly, the learned Sub Judge, Gingee is directed to dispose of A.S. No.32 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
