2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.

4. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit are not satisfactory, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
