ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to register the complaint dated 26.04.2014 and investigate according to law, by the 3rd respondent or any other Police Officer, under the supervision of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 26.04.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the third respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
