O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to provide proper medical treatment to the petitioner's son namely, Rasaiya, who is admitted in the second respondent - Hospital.

2. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the second respondent Hospital has not taken proper care and given required medical treatment to the petitioner's son, who sustained grievous injuries.

3. Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, based on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the contention of the petitioner is factually incorrect and on the other hand, the second respondent Hospital has taken proper care of the petitioner's son, whose present condition is safe. He further submitted that already one surgery was done on the petitioner's son and another surgery is proposed on 27th or 28th of March 2018. Therefore, he submitted that the petitioner need not have any apprehension.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed.

5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that the apprehension of the petitioner is not well founded. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed, as no further order is necessary. No costs.
