C.M.P.No.12476 of 2022 in S.A.Sr.No.26228 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to dispense with the certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 09.03.2021 in A.S.No.9 of 2012 in filing the above S.A.Sr.No.26228 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant would submit that he has obtained certified copy of the judgment and decree in A.S.No.9 of 2012 and therefore, he seeks to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving the liberty to file the certified copy of the judgment and decree of the lower appellate Court.
