ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM.] When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu Perumal, son of Arjunan, aged about 39 years, was arrested by the police in Mayilam Police Station Crime No.487 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 IPC and produced before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindivanam, on 11.13.2021 and has been remanded in judicial custody.

In view of the above, it cannot be stated that the detenu Perumal, son of Arjunan, aged about 39 years, is in the illegal custody of the police.
