of the Companies Act, 1956 and Appoint the Official Liquidator, High Court Madras as the Liquidator of the assets, properties, income and business of the respondent Megasoft Limited, with all powers under the Provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and order that the costs of the petition and costs towards legal expenses be provided for and to the petitioner.
