ORDER

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to disburse the pension and other benefits due to him with interest.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the retirement benefits due to the petitioner was settled and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
