O R D E R

The relief sought for in these writ petitions are for a direction to direct the first respondent to take action against the fifth respondent for tampering and altering the service records of the petitioners as claimed in the representations dated 05.10.2017 & 19.09.2017 and direct the respondents to remove the altered entries from service record, grant the revised pay fixation as fixed by the committee and all other consequential benefits to the petitioners.

2.The petitioners are employed as Packer in the fourth respondent/ Co-operative Society. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners states that pursuant to the orders passed by the Joint Registrar/ Co-operative Society necessary entries were made in the service records of the writ petitioners and accordingly, the scale of pays were fixed.

3.However, 5th respondent in his personal capacity altered the entries made in the service register of the writ petitioners and committed an offense in this regard. The writ petitioners had submitted representations to the first respondent on 05.10.2017 & 19.09.2017 and till today no action has been taken on the representations. Thus, the writ petitioners are constrained to move the present writ petitions. 4.under these circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioners on 05.10.2017 & 19.09.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the writ petitioners are directed to enclose a copy of the representations and all other relevant documents along with the orders passed in these writ petitions.

5.Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS IX) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar maya
