This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27009 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is completed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27009 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months is relaxed.
