Heard submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate (Forest) appearing on behalf of respondent/contemnor.

2.It is brought to the knowledge of this Court by the learned Government Advocate [Forests] that the order which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with in the form of Letter No.9988/FR2(II)/2016-3 dated 16.03.2017 passed by the Principal Secretary to Government, Environment & Forests, [FR-2] Department, Chennai - 9 and has produced a copy of the same before this Court. The same is taken on file and recorded. 3.In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
