The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking adirection to the respondent herein to consider his representation dated 23.08.2013 to conduct enquiry, cancel the patta issued earlier and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of S.No.104/1A, measuring an extent of 2700 Sq.ft out of 5790 Sq.ft.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the representation dated 23.08.2013 made by the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directed to be considered by the respondent, on merits.
3. Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2013 and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2013 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
