ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2807 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 viz., the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2807 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
