Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 05-02-2025 and to consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to conduct the Mahashivratri Festival by carrying out the necessary Poojas/Procession/Rituals from 25-02-2025 till 27-02-2025 in the Arulmigu Angallamman Temple and Pechiamman Teniple located at Karatholuvu Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tirupur District, Tamil Nadu - 642 203. The prayer is made to conduct the Mahashivratri festival.

2. When the matter came up for admission, Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, Learned Special Government for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the 3rd respondent has taken charge and the festival will be conducted in accordance with the usual procedures of the temple.

3. As far as the present writ petition is concerned, since the same has been filed by the caste association, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
