The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Over Tank Pump Operator. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Pump Operator in the third respondent Panchayat for more than 20 years, however, his services were not regularized.
Hence, this petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court permits the petitioner to make fresh representation to the respondents and issues direction to the respondents to consider the said representation and to pass appropriate orders as per the relevant Government Order within a reasonable time frame.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has no serious objection for this Court issuing such a direction.
5.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court permits the petitioner to make fresh representation to the respondents, along with a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the said representation and shall pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law and as per the relevant Government Order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said representation.
