This petition has been filed to substitute the proposed petitioners as petitioners 2 to 7 in the place of the deceased sole petitioner viz., M.Radhakrishnan in the main writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
