ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 12 to close down the hazardous Coir Fiber and Pith Block manufacturing units run by the respondents 13 to 21 in the petitioners' village Kallipatti Kondegoundenpallayam Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District besides directing the respondents 13 to 21 to pay damages to be assessed by this Court for infringing their right to life and property, by considering their representations dated 17.06.2018, 21.09.2018, 04.07.2019, 27.08.2019, 28.10.2019, 11.11.2019, 22.11.2019, 08.01.2020, 0901.2020, 10.01.2020, 20.01.2020, 31.02.2020 and 26.02.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side.

The learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are agriculturists and the respondents 13 to 21 herein are manufacturers, running coir fiber and pith block manufacturing units without obtaining proper sanction from the necessary authorities and also, indulging in illegal activities such as theft of water, electricity, causing health hazards and causing etc. He further submitted that the respondents 13 to 21 are discharging the hazardous wastes from their factories which resulted in environmental pollution, for which the petitioners have made several representations to the authorities concerned, however, there was no positive response and hence, the present Writ Petition. Furthermore, the learned Senior counsel submitted that there may be a direction to the impleaded respondent/respondent-22 to consider the petitioners representations as stated supra and prayed for appropriate orders.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs the respondent No.22/impleaded respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representations viz., dated 17.06.2018, 21.09.2018, 04.07.2019, 27.08.2019, 28.10.2019, 11.11.2019, 22.11.2019, 08.01.2020, 0901.2020, 10.01.2020, 20.01.2020, 31.02.2020 and
26.02.2020, in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary/interested parties, if any. within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that the respondents 13 to 21 herein are at liberty to canvass all their contentions before the respondent No.22.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
