O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the entire amount due and payable to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 07.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.3674 of 2019 is paid. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same and submitted that an amount of Rs.2,88,832/- was paid towards pension arrears, but the amount arrived at by the respondents is not in

terms of the order. It is further submitted that an amount of Rs.1,02,755/- is paid to the petitioner today, but the same is also disputed.

2. In view of the same, as there is no positive direction to pay certain sum by this Court, the respondents claimed to have complied with the order, this Court is of the considered view that, the amount paid by the respondents is in terms of the order passed by this Court or not cannot be gone into in this Writ Petition. Hence, the respondents are directed to furnish the calculation sheet, basing upon which they have arrived at the amounts that are paid to the petitioner so far, and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of one week. In case if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law for the balance amount, if any payable to the petitioner.
