Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before respondent police the once in a month at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders in Crl.MP.No.6978/2020 in Crl.OP.No.12149/2020 dated 16.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to stay at Vellore Town and report before the Sathuvachery Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12149 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12149 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate on all hearing dates without fail.
