ORDER

This application has been filed seeking to permit the 2nd applicant/2nd defendant to reopen the defendants' side evidence in the above C.S.No.85 of 2020 which was closed by Court vide order dated 11.02.2026. 2.According to the applicants, they are the defendants in the main suit and already the case was posted for defendants' side evidence however, they failed to examine any witness. Due to non-examination of the witnesses, this Court closed the defendants' side evidence. Since this Court closed the defendants' side evidence, they would intend to examine the witnesses, therefore, filed this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated above and in order to give fair chance to the applicants to examine the witness, this application is allowed. 4.Post the matter on 09.03.2026, for filing counter in pending application. 26-02-2026 DN
