Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is in the process of filing an appeal challenging the order of Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals) dated 20.02.2019 before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and undertakes to do so within a period of two(2) weeks i.e. on or before 27.03.2019. The status quo granted by this Court on 27.02.2019 shall continue till 27.03.2019.
