Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition t hat the petitioner shall report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur everyday daily at 10.30 a.m. on all working days until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.422 of 2021 dated 01.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur everyday, apprehending threat he is not in a position to appear before the learned Magistrate.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.422 of 2021 dated 01.03.2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
