O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 17.08.2020 in W.P.No.10092 of 2020, thereby directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.475 of 2021 respondent to complete the proceedings initiated under Section 107 of Cr.P.C within a period of six weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the respondent could not able to complete the enquiry within a period stipulated by this Court. However, now the respondent conducted enquiry and passed order on 01.07.2021 in Na.Ka.3028/2019/A2.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
