Crl.M.P.No.3615 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.293 of 2021 V. BHARATHIDASAN, J (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to amend the name of the second petitioner as M.Santhiya instead of M.Sathya in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.293 of 2021, dated 18.01.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the name of the second petitioner is amended as M.Santhiya instead of M.Sathya. Two weeks time is granted to the second petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.

Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
