ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has placed a status report before this court, filed by the respondents.

2. In the above said status report, it is stated that, to implement the orders passed by this Court in W.A.No.1844/2019, dated 07.10.2020, the Government has been requested to issue orders for sanction of arrears payable to the petitioner Thiru K.Chandrasekar on fixation of his pay on par with his junior Thiru S.K.M.Sivakumaran, in the post of Motor Vehicle Inspector, Grade-I, Regional Transport Officer, Deputy Transport Commissioner and Joint Transport Commissioner. The Government has issued orders in G.O.(D) No.456, Home(Tr-II), dated 08.04.2024, sanctioning the above arrears, as a special case. The above Government Order is also placed before this Court.
