ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, father of the detenue Anbarasi, aged about 17 years, has filed the present petition to cause production of his daughter, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that detenue Anbarasi, minor girl, whose production is sought, has been secured and produced before learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirukovilur and now, pursuant to orders of the Magistrate concerned, she is to be produced before Mundiyambakkam Government Medical College Hospital, Villupuram District, for medical examination and after completion of the same, to be produced before the Mahila Court at Villupuram and thereafter, to be sent along with her mother, this petition stands closed.

It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
