ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to effect sub division of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner and thereafter, for issuance of separate patta in favour of the petitioner for the sub-divided property, based on the petitioner's application, dated 01.11.2025.

2. Since the aforesaid application was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's application as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire,within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application, dated 01.11.2025, seeking for sub-division and issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner, for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
