Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent herein the Executive Director, South Zone, Food Corporation of India, No.3, Haddows Road, Chennai-600 006 in Ref.RPI/2(5)/2015 dated 19.02.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to pass an order on compassionate grounds appointment in favour of the petitioner.
