ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the Tahsildar has already recommended for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. But till date, the second respondent has not passed final orders on the said recommendation by issuing patta in the name of the petitioner.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the recommendation made by the Tahsildar on 31.12.2025 and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents, filed by the

petitioner and after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the recommendation made by the third respondent in petitioner's favour for issuance of patta and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents, filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
