This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.No.15683 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17796 of 2022 dated 26.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
